the sparkles. . .is that embossing powder or. . .? and, what a beautiful card! thanks for posting all of these! it gives me some great ideas!
Hi Susan, the sparkles on this card are dazzling diamonds glitter... I just use a 2-way glue pen and then sprinkle them on. Hope that helps!
