Another Open House card

Here is the other card we made last night as a Make and Take.

This one is with French Foliage from the Holiday Mini. It is pretty basic, and we used the "Happy Thanksgiving" sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes. I have the set in clearmount set, but it is available in woodmount, as well.



I also made this gift bag from a paper lunch bag. I just stamped French Foliage all over it and then added the twine, sentiment and floating leaf. What a quick and easy (and cheap!!!) way to make a little gift bag if you need something cute for a hostess gift when you go visiting friends over the Thanksgiving season.

Last night was a great Open House. A bunch of ladies came over and we had a fun time stamping and chatting. This morning Steve said to me, "You ladies sure laughed a lot last night!" I said, "Well, a stamping night is supposed to be FUN!!!!" And it was! Thank you to everyone that came over, I had a great evening.

Cupcakes anyone?!

Tonight was my open house, and I had a great time with the ladies that came out. Thanks everyone who came!!

There is a great new stamp set with cupcakes that we used for our make and take. I'll show the make and take projects later, but for now I'm going to show you some of the snacks :) I made some carrot cake cupcakes, and used my "cupcakes" wheel to make little toppers for each one.


A variety of circle punch sizes were used to make these layers. The cupcakes were stamped in black, and coloured in with SU! markers.
